Check the property as well as the room.
Condesa Haus is a smaller-scale stay to compare by room and property. The directory notes that some accommodation is at a separate Distrito Condesa address, so the brand name alone is not enough to plan arrival.
Before booking, confirm the exact building, room, bathroom and inclusions. Apartments and bed-and-breakfast rooms can have different arrival, service and cancellation arrangements.
A stay shaped by the surrounding streets
Guests repeatedly mention nearby cafés, restaurants and the ease of spending time in the neighborhood. One extended a stay when travel plans changed. The brand has more than one address, so check the house and room on your booking: the street, layout and route to the places you want to visit are part of the experience.

Before you go
- Confirm the exact property address for your booking.
- Check the room, breakfast and service inclusions.
- Ask about access and arrival arrangements before paying.
The property says bags can be stored before check-in. To guarantee early room access, it advises booking the preceding night.
